Today we are starting our 2nd weekly release — ‘Wheel Book Wednesday’!
This show is going to be a short show where I share my random thoughts, perhaps a take-away from a previous interview during the long show or maybe I breakdown one of the many strategies I use on a daily basis to crush my excuses!
So you’re probably thinking what the F is a Wheel Book? Well, it’s simply a pocket-sized memo book that I carry around with me everyday where I jot down notes and important tasks I do not want to forget about. The term Wheel Book is a traditional name that I have carried forward from my Navy days. The Wheel Book was originally used at the helm of the ship to log activities at the helm, or ‘wheel’. The term was applied to any notebook that Officers or Chiefs carried with them.
